The Schreiner Mansion is located at 226 Earl Garrett Kerrville, Texas 78028

The Schreiner Mansion, built in 1879 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is a historic site in downtown Kerrville. 

Tours are offered on Thursdays from 10 am – 2 pm, beginning on the half-hour; the last tour begins at 1:30 pm.

Please note, the Mansion will be closed on Thursday, July 4th.

Admission Fees

Adult: $7.00

Students: $5.00

Military with ID: $5.00

Group Tours (10 or more): $5.00 with reservations

The Mansion overlooks the expansive Peterson Plaza and is also available for special event rentals. It is $25,000 and includes the Events at Water Street space in the historic Schreiner Building.

Two hours of complimentary photography is also included with any event.
