The Schreiner Mansion, built in 1879 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is a historic site in downtown Kerrville. 

NOTE:  The mansion will be closed on Thursday, January 8th.

All tours will be on Thursdays from 10am – 2 pm, beginning on the half-hour; the last tour will begin at 1:30 pm. 

Admission Fees:

Adult: $10.00

Students: $5.00

Military with ID: $8.00

Group Tours (10 or more): $8.00 with reservations

The Mansion overlooks the expansive Peterson Plaza and is also available for special event rentals. It is $25,000 and includes the Events at Water Street space in the historic Schreiner Building.

Two hours of complimentary photography is also included with any event.
